因為有D antivirus 係delete 唔到某種virus ga
所以我建議你可以download 多一個 antivirus 的software ar

eg. AVG and NOD32

如果 antivirus 有update and search the virus you can delete or clean them

if not ok

you should backup all data files (don't backup 程式files

install the window again

however, pls remember virus not equal adware and spyware, cause the antivirus software not be able to kill kinds of these stuffs.
