急問! 抬頭是(XX有限公司)支票，沒有畫平行線，若遺失的話...

如果冇晝平衡線, 但佢有劃咗或持票人果一欄(即係寫抬頭果一欄的後面果四個細字), 咁呢張票仍然係要抬頭所寫的公司去領受呢一筆錢, 仲要係存入該公司的指定戶口之內.
不過, 如果佢冇劃去呢四個字, 咁就任何人都可以拎張票去兌現, 因為呢一張係現金票據. 持票人只要寫低自己名字及身份證號碼, 並且畀證件個職員作簡單檢視(佢都要知你係咪真係呢張身份證的持有人架), 就會畀錢.

nowadays some cheque books have drawn the parallel lines for you already, so if there are two printing lines at the centre of the cheque, then even the cheque has been taken by somebody, that body couldn't get money as well.
also, do you know whether the term "or bearer" has been crossed out or not? if this two words have been crossed out, then beside the beneficiary, no one can get it as well

for cheque with title, it cannot put into anybody's a/c except the beneficiary

劃平行線是代表 account payee. 劃了就一定入戶口, 不能提現金
還要看有沒有劃去 "or bearer", 若沒刪去的話, 持票人不論是否抬頭人也可兌現
有很多公司票的平行線是印在票中央的, 請看清楚

如果你畫左 "或支票人" 嗰個字樣就唔會有問題, 因為如果你冇畫平行線即係代表呢張係cash cheque. 但係如果你冇畫 "或支票人" 個字樣就應該係人都可以去攞錢, 如果你真係冇畫, 就快快手打電話去銀行cancel 張 cheque 佢喇.

劃左線, 意即 payee a/c only即係只可以存入收款人的銀行戶口冇劃線, 就可以提取現金啦
