It is simply because they are under simplified Chinese version of window environment and it turns out to be aliens on your traditional Chinese window environment. No panic, just click on the screen menu for function of inspection and select the character code for simplified Chinese mode, then you get simplified Chinese characters of the message.

應該係亂碼, 因為依家好多機祇支援正體字, 唔支援簡體同其它國內的輸入法.

因編碼不同 引至.....內地用簡體...而我地用 多數用繁體...更改編碼就ok.
