He's gained a lot of weight in the last few months.

以上句子,為何在 He 後面 要 + 's 變成 He's ?

's 在呢句裡頭,係乜東東,或叫 乜野句型呀?

's = is / has/ does / us (Let's)

將 's 縮入句子度:

He is gaining a lot of weight.
He has gained a lot of weight.
He does gained a lot of weight.

Let's see
Let us see

's 係尼一句就係代表has既意思,至於平時's亦都可以用作於is或someone's。

由於不想寫太多字既關系,通常都會用's代替has
參考: myself

's on that sentence means HAS
That's a form for the present perfect tense.

I would suggest to put FOR instead of IN before "the last few months."
