比上頭知道自己員工即將會報讀part time 講程，係會對員工進行進修有好既影響還是唔好既影響？

There's 2 faces of a coin:-

Side A (positive):-
If one's superior (can be employer or higher rank then you) realizes his/her fellows = the Resource of a company, (without any bais) he/she should be very gald to have an aggressive fellow/team-mate/emplyee like you.

Side B (negative):-
Nothing more to describe if your superior has bais mind, less educated then you or other conditions that might be imcompetitve with you in the near future after your study. Only result = No Job.

有好既影響同有唔好既影響都有﹕

好既影響﹕如果系報讀同工作相關課程﹐員工有upgrade自己既意願基本上都會直接性甘幫到公司

唔好既影響﹕如果課程系有功課同考試而呢兩樣野又繁重既﹐甘當然會影響員工既工作表現喇﹐例如可能會遲到早退(趕功課或趕住返學)﹑無黎精神(琴晚要備課或準備考試)....當然呢d都系因人而異.....

好睇個雇主讚成定係反對!但是飲食業的話就會難d,因為多數時間都比較忙and需要人手。
我覺得要俾上頭知道,bez知道後,如果佢唔係好讚成的話,可以慢慢傾條件or補返鐘之類。如果冇問題的,咁仲好!因為知道後佢會就返d時間俾你返學,唔使自己心急用咩方法早走!
因為我都試過,我會早d同上頭講and講定晒d返學時間,最遲要幾點放之類or間唔中提佢,因為如果佢地唔記得就會怪你唔提佢....-_-ll
放心!大多數的老闆都會讚成的!

要視乎你所讀的是什麼Part time課程，以及你的Part time 課程會否影響工作表現；
若果與工作有關係的，而你又能保持優良的工作表現，肯定會是好的影響，
若果與工作沒有關係的，又或課程會影響你的工作表現的，情況就不妙了．．．
