Fitness first plus

最平我唔知幾多. 我兩年幾三年前 join (只join一個club - 喜來登)就大約五百,加埋長租locker放鞋就差不多七百一個月. 而家可能平啲. 我當時都有講價,不過只講到waive joining fee咁. 不過兩三年後嘅而家competition咁大,可能可以講多啲.

我join咗之後都好滿意,雖然間唔中都有sell啲personal training, 不過唔會好似我以前join cali 咁好hard sell,日問夜問.

設施好好 (始終都係酒店個gym), 我最鍾意個outdoor heated泳池, 雲石shower room(我講女士嗰個,男嘅我冇睇過=p)好好(始終係酒店mah)

如果要話唔好,我會話地方細囉(不過我就係貪佢人少), 機少 (樓梯機一部, 太空漫遊兩部,跑步機好似有七八部度,單車兩部), 遇到啲group class放學就最弊,因為女changing room得三個shower,一定要等.

如果你未去過睇場又想join,咁我suggest你去睇一睇先,最好試玩埋.

唔好去plus la, 又細又貴, 我FF passport (4間) + 毛巾 $399, 不過要講至有.
