Toefl is for going to USA uni and IELTS is for going to HK uni from oversea and for going to UK's uni....but i think IELTS is better in HK

Toefl is for going to US Uni and Ielts is for going to UK.
And Ielts is much easier than Toelf.
And Ielts is much easier than Toelf.
