點解人唔可以控制記憶

因為你個腦發出"刪除訊息"的指令，佢覺得要背既野好無用，就會"幫"你delete哂記左既野

無謂野會特別易入腦是因為你個腦覺得D野有用，就幫你保留D野


點解會咁？原因同興趣有關

對於有興趣的事物，要記入腦會極快，因為個腦想你對它印像深刻，覺得D野有用；

相反，對於一些好悶的事物，個腦會覺得D太古怪，D野無用，會"幫"你delete哂D野；

因此可反映出你對背既野無興趣＆容易著緊一D無聊的事物


要解決問題，首要找出背果段野的趣味，

或者多些思考及整理一下要背既野，會較易入腦

Therefore, if you can cool yourselve down (not giving too much pressure to yourselves). Brain can operate well when you are not pushing it too hard.

記唔入腦係d記憶未存在腦海里, 而不是控制唔到. 而你記唔到, 可能係學習方法或記野方法出問題, 未能把資料好好記住. 記憶有分大腦小腦/ 左右腦控制的.小腦係自控的, 大腦用得多就記得熟啦.
