1. The measure of the second angle in a triangle is four more than the measure of the first angle and the measure of the third angle is eight more than twice the measure of the first angle. Find the measure of each angle.

Describe each stsement as always, sometimes or never ture.

2. A scalene triangle is an isosceles triangle.

1) B = A + 4 C = A + 8
A + B + C = 180
A + (A + 4) + ( A + 8) = 180 3A = 168 A = 56
56 + 60 + 64 = 180

2) Scalene is a triangle with three unequal sides,
Isosceles is a triangle that has two equal sides,
Therefore, scalene triangle is not not an isosceles triangle.
