情況就像軍政國家常以(軍事)武力解決國家民生, 外交等問題

第二種的工見指"某項專業知識 / 資格"
即具有某一種專業資格的人, 有將問題 (盲目地)歸納在自己的專業範圍內的傾向
例如一個人頭痛, 心理醫生會傾向以心理學解釋成因 (如壓力)
