For HKSAR passport, you can check the information and get the form from http://www.immd.gov.hk/chtml/hksarp.htm#a
And at the same time, you can get a appointment booked online on the following website, it will also show you the location and there would be a number of choices too

It would usually take around 1month for you to get it and there is only 2 types of HKSAR passport, 1 for over 16 and 1 for under 16...

辦理手續個幾鍾得架la~要1個月先有得扲(正常果d)~扲身分證果d地方都有架(唔係智能身分證換扲中心果d)~你打電話去約咪得lo~or係郵局扲張野填之後奇去都得架~^^
