如果用McDonald's為例,我想問大致的內容要點分佈,如行業分析,我是要寫它的現有服務還是其他 ,可以教教我嗎?謝謝!!!

of course you should write the existing status, or it is no meaning. You can divide by food quality, service, geographic analysis etc.Using product life cycle, BCG matrix etc to analysis, finally, you can use swot to conclude your report. In improvement, you better put implementation in it before control.
