Question 2 answer is wrong, it should be yes. I changed name before and I do need to go to the lawyer to do it.

Actually you can put your husband surname as part of your surname in the id card, though I wonder why women would want to do it. Ask immigration department.

結左婚所謂的跟夫姓, 其實純粹係一個稱呼, 並不需要去換身份證的,
舉例說: 陳方安生, 曾鮑笑薇, 周梁淑怡...等, 雖然稱呼上是跟先生姓, 但是身份證上依然是用回自己原本的姓氏的, 不信的話, 你可以回家看看你媽媽的身份證
