The director AND his team ARE IN Hong Kong looking for locations for the new film.
(It can't be The director sends his team to Hong Kong looking for locations...it has to be to look for in this case)

Half of the flats ARE sold.
4.She is one of the girls who has been chosen for Best Students of the Year.
