Spinach Pancakes
Prep Time: 10 min Total Time: 30 min Makes: 4 servings, 2 pancakes each

Ingredients:8 eggs, lightly beaten、1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained、1 small onion, chopped 、2 Tbsp.oil 、1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese、1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream


Method:1,MIX eggs, spinach and onion until well blended.
2,HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup of the egg mixture into skillet; sprinkle with about 1 Tbsp. of the cheese. Cook 2 min. or until golden brown. Turn pancakes; cook until other side is golden brown.
3,SERVE topped with sour cream.

KRAFT KITCHENS TIPS:
Variation
Prepare as directed, omitting the oil and using 2 cups cholesterol-free egg product and BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream. Spray the skillet with cooking spray before using.

Blueberry Graham Pancakes
Prep Time: 10 min Total Time: 20 min Makes: 5 servings, 2 pancakes each

Ingredients:..9 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, finely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups crumbs) 、 1/2 cup flour、1 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder 、1 egg、1 cup milk、2 Tbsp. honey、3/4 cup blueberries

Method:1,COMBINE graham crumbs, flour and baking powder; set aside.
2,BEAT egg, milk and honey in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Gently stir in blueberries.
3,LADLE batter onto hot lightly greased griddle or into hot lightly greased skillet, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn over to brown other sides.

KRAFT KITCHENS TIPS:
Substitute
Prepare as directed, using frozen blueberries. Do not thaw the blueberries before adding them to batter.
Make it Easy
To quickly crush the graham crackers into crumbs, use a blender or food processor.

材料:
低筋麵粉2杯、泡打粉1小匙、蛋2個(打散)、牛奶250C.C 、 糖3大匙、鹽1小匙、泡打粉1小匙

做法:
粉類過篩

蛋加牛奶、糖、鹽打勻攪入粉類,煎即可,可是油盡量不要太多,會不好吃

補充:
不太甜的鬆餅可依各人喜好調配。攪拌較久的麵糊較濃,煎的鬆餅吃起來較Q,而微微攪拌均勻濃度
較稀吃起來較鬆軟

班戟 (4塊)

工具 :
茶匙
湯匙
小碗
量杯

粉盆
木匙
平底鑊
抆刀
灑麵粉器

牛油紙


材料/餡料 : :
班戟麵粉糊
50克全麥麵粉
50克麵粉
1/4茶匙鹽
1隻蛋
250毫升鮮奶
2湯匙幼砂糖
1/2湯匙檸檬汁

 

製法

1. 預備班戟麵粉糊:

a. 把麵粉和鹽一同篩勻。

b. 在麵粉中央開一小穴, 打勻並力入蛋。

c. 徐徐攪拌, 拌入一半鮮奶, 打至滑。

d. 加入其餘的鮮奶, 把混合物倒進量杯內。

2. 煎班戟:

a. 燒熱少許油, 轉動平底鑊, 使油均勻鋪蓋整個鑊的底部, 把多餘的油倒去。

b. 當鑊熱時, 把1/4班戟麵粉糊倒進鑊內, 把鑊轉動, 使班戟麵粉糊鋪蓋整個鑊的底部, 煎至金黃色。

c. 拋轉或用抆刀翻轉班戟, 煎至金黃色。用同樣方法烹調其餘的班戟麵粉糊。

3. 把班戟放在牛油紙上, 灑上幼砂糖。灑上檸檬汁, 用叉把班戟捲成圓筒形或摺成1/4圓形。用同樣方法處理其餘的班戟。

4. 以楔形檸檬塊及車厘子點綴, 灑上檸檬汁及幼砂糖, 趁熱進食。
