Pop-up window blocked

相信閣下亦像本人一樣，安裝了「ICQ5.1」了，因在安裝過程中，會順帶安裝「ICQ Toolbar」，如有新視窗彈出，（除了Yahoo! / Google等Toolbar及IE本身外）ICQ Toolbar便可發揮其作用，制止有關視窗彈出，並會於原視窗左下角之「IE」標誌旁顯示「pop-up window blocked」字句。要容許有關網頁之新視窗彈出，閣下可於ICQ Toolbar中選擇「

Popup Manager」新增需Popup之網頁。

最直接方法，就是Uninstall「ICQ Toolbar」，於ICQ Toolbar中選擇「

Help」，選擇「Uninstall Toolbar」，便可解除「ICQ Toolbar」。

u may have activated the pop-up blocker in yr IE.

check yr computer settings and make some changes. for example, specific reliable websites in the list of allowed websites or change the settings in yr anti-virus software could solve yr problem.
