for bussiness= : Should government have the power to regulate business closures? i need the pros and cons of it,, perferably pros.

pros:- to ensure that the business does not deceive the investors
- to enhance the business to have a better performance
- to prevent commercial fraud
- increase public's confidence
cons:
- red tape
- lack of independence
- make tragger a corruption environment (most probably happened in developing countries)
