開舖頭要注意甚麼?

我想知有關開一間專賣cake、小食的小茶室 (有四、五張枱讓客人坐的那種)
一. 要申請甚麼牌照和證書?
二. 找舖位及裝修要注意甚麼?
三. 租舖、裝修、買齊所有基本工具(焗爐及枱椅等)大約要多少錢?
四. 除了我想到的這些問題還有要注意的嗎?

當你創業時, 有沒有想過以下問題:
1.對你的產品有多熱愛
2.對生意運作模式認識有多深
3.你的顧客來源在那裡
4.顧客為何要光顧你
5.你的產品跟競爭者有何特別之處
6.計算開業時之支出, 每月之預計開支及盈利 / 損失
7.最重要當然是毅力與恆心

1. If your cafe is not big, say around 500s.f, you should apply for a light refreshment license. However, you are suggest to employ a license consultant to ease your application difficulties. (cost from $12000 to $15000) They can evaluate the feasibility for getting a license.

2. BR is a must for a business in HK. You have to set up a Partnership Company or Limited Company.

3. You have to position your cafe, to serve students, OL or what? Then you have to select suitable district for your site - Mongkok or Central or ....

按金租金 + 管理 (3 個月) $90,000
水、電、煤 $20,000
裝修 $150,000
營運工具 (utensils, furnitures, etc) $130,000
食肆牌照費 $15,000
租金 + 管理 (上期) $30,000
雜項 (BR, Insurance, etc) $20,000
流動資金 $50,000
