有幾個可能性：
第一：你個紅色墨汁已經用晒。
你 check 下墨汁剩餘的份量，
睇睇係唔係真係無晒紅色墨汁。

第二：你個紅色墨汁個墨咀塞左，
請拿出來檢查一下，清潔一下。

第三：你印表機的設定錯誤。
請到印表機內容那裡看看，
設定是否有誤。
