It only dehydrates the compound. No redox reaction.
FeSO4 . x H2O ==> FeSO4 + X H2O
FeSO4 . x H2O ==> FeSO4 + X H2O

有,so4 放出了O2,係reducing agent, H吸了2個O ,是Oxidazing agent
