幾個月前借左幾仟圓比個同事,追去還錢竟然玩失蹤,有甚麼法律途徑叫去還錢..唔該!!

去小額錢債處，佢幫你追~

You can go to Small Claims Tribunal (“SCT”)(小額錢債審裁處)
However, please note that you have to have proper approval document for supporting and it deals with monetary claims not exceeding fifty thousand (少於五萬元)!
