stomachache (也作 stomach ache) 或 stomach pain 是沒有錯的.
的確, stomach 的主要解釋是「胃」; 但亦可指「肚子」的範圍. 而一般人「肚痛」也是會說 stomachache 的.
如要搞清楚 abdomen, stomach... 等字, 可看一看 http://www.kidshealth.org/kid/ill_injure/aches/abdominal_pain.html; 內裡所舉的小孩子「肚痛」也是用 stomachache 來描述的.
若怕用 stomachache 被誤會為「胃痛」的話, 那便用 bellyache 吧. 雖然或者不及 stomachache 那麼多人用, 但也是一個相當普遍的用詞.
