點樣令一個員工唔遲到?

我有一個員工成日遲到,唔知咩原因,

我有諗過佢可能係因為住得太遠,

咁不如俾佢遲d先返,

但係咁會唔會令其他人不滿?

咁應該點解決?

你有無向佢表達過你不滿呢?
而家好少有你呢d 咁好既老闆,
員工成日遲到, 唔炒仲考慮俾佢遲返...
我建議你唔好咁做, 因為其他員工會不滿係肯定既事,
遲到果位員工更有可能得寸進尺,
而且, 最重要既一點, 係要搞清楚點解佢會遲到,
同佢傾, 表明你不滿佢遲到,
話俾佢聽, 如果遲到係需要處分,
e.g.扣人工, 遲放工...etc
嚴重既要炒魷,
咁果位員工就會明白問題既嚴重性架喇

遲d先返, 但要遲d先放, 一樣.


每日有一小小獎品, 向每位準時完工發放,
遲到者要扣bonus 或,
利用全體人員壓力, 如 每早briefing 一齊, 向準時鼓勵, 佢late一定在所有員工面前有壓力.
張貼公仔紙表於當眼地方.示威.
公平公正下解決 大家happy 為原則 但要有公司profit為前

if this behavior is come from the com's norms, the manager need to refreezing this norms.

if this is a problem of the individual, manager can motivate the staff by setting up some program, such as prize for 勤工. this will motivate the staff to be on time and punctually back to work.

你可以比佢個警告,
你遲一分鐘就要你ot多兩分鐘
咁你米可以睇下佢會唔會自動自覺準時羅!!

you shall find out the reason he late.
why he late &help him to overcome it
first thing you need to do is find it out.
you shall fair to eveyone,there no excuse late for work of where he live.

如果唔知道就俾佢遲d先返
咁我覺得如果可以就唔好為左佢
令其他人不滿。
叫佢改改...

但係如果有其他原因
例如已經最答早一班車...無可能再早﹐咁都ok..。

彈性上班時間,遲返工就遲放工,早返工就早放工。
咁就解決左喇。

成日遲到 is a bad habit, normally there's no solution
