Since SWISS Air Lines is the only airlines which do Hong Kong-Zurich, I believe this would be your only choice since you only have 10hours there, any option that require a stopover may not be a good option for you...

So this would give up approximately 16hours in Zurich...
But since you are going so urgently, I think you may have to buy the expensive ticket at the airport if you havent got a ticket yet...
