8.it is because this only a white clothes/it is very cheap.
9.it was because if the people win the apple bobbing game,he will get marry next year.

9. Get wet. The reason why I say that is because this traditional Halloween game (bobbing for apples) requires a large tub of water. The game is to have players try to grab an apple with their teeth, all at the same time. The first to bring an apple up wins. The losers will therefore still get wet.
10. To win the 'Scariest costume' contest, consider taking a non-scary costume, say a clown, and add fangs and blood to it to infuse some halloweenishness.
