為何會這樣....

其實知識+一直都存在著這個問題，當然這也是無法可完全遏止的。
閣下對「錯誤答案被選為最佳解答」的情況作出的三點解釋都是正確的，
其中有數點可加以補充：
投票的人胡亂投票是避不了的，因為每一票都有１分，有人為了節省時間，於是都投票於最長篇幅的回答上（大篇幅，即表面內容充實，大家都自不然認為那是最完美的，就不假思索的胡亂投票了。）＜－所以你往往能看見頭數個回答，尤其長篇大論者，會得到最高票數，原因正是如此。）
當然，亦有為詐騙分數而互相作出利益輸送者，不過為數不多，面對如此情況也只好投降了。
知識+目前仍未淪落至「誤人子弟」之地步，起碼還有不少有識之士以真摯的心造福網民。雖然管理員的效率低，未能細察當中欺詐（也許是管理員事務繁忙），但知識+中也有不少網友自發組成聯盟維護知識+的公義和秩序，這點也算是知識＋中的一股清泉。

The crux of the problem is that some of the participants do not take part in a serious manner. All they concern is to get points and then promotion, without thinking about giving or voting for the right answer. It is appalling to see some answers in translation by using automatic translation device, and yet they were voted the best answers. Is this fair?

Here are my opinion:
For those who answer with improper, they just provide what they know, and what they think is right. Some of them might misunderstand the question, some of them just spamming or kidding, and some of irresponsible person might really wish to earn point by simply put any answer without double confirm the final answer.
For those who accept the inccorect/improper answer, i do think they are innocent. They post question here because they really don't know what is the answer and hope someone could help them, but since no judge in here to evaluate and determine which is the best answer. So, they just could determine themselves. How they differentiate which 1 is the correct answer ? I don't really know, but i'm sure they would go for most formal or what they think is right... so i still think that for our user here, please think twice before you accept the answer. I do advise your guyjust treat it as reference answer, but not as definitely correct answer.
