我平時都o係寫字樓做野,
成日坐令到個肚腩大左好多,
有咩野辦法可以減到大肚腩??

少食多餐, 假設你7點食早餐, 10點食d野, 1點食lunch(當然係要食少d), 4點又食d野
夜晚7點食dinner, 咁夜d太餓再食少少野都ok, 餓都唔食係唔得既.
簡單d講你可以將平時3餐既份量分開5~6餐食, 咁可以keep住飽飽地, 又唔會咁易積存多餘既卡路里.
食野食慢d, 因為個腦要接收飽既訊號要d時間, 如果食得快, 食多左都唔知, 到你覺得太飽,
已經太遲.
最好就梗係每日都抽到半個鐘做運動啦, 急步行或者游水都好, 尤其係無做開運動或者比較

try more sit up...front 20 times, two side 20 times
continue for around 2 weeks...u can see result....
eat normal...not need to cut down on what u eat...
吃完lunch and Dinner 必定不要坐!!!
坐下工作時挺直個身!!!
Keep 住每天去大便!!
飲多水! 燒肉和白切雞盡量不吃皮!!!
早晚做sit up 各至少50下!!
不吃宵夜!!!
