(1) definition of internal and external customer
(2) how can those cutomer and clients influence the business organisation?
(3) what is our attitude towards those clients?

1)internal customers are people related to your company eg. different divisons or departments , where, external customers are unrelated to your organization
2)internal customers- since under same organization, therefore, should create synergies which could drive down cost of sales
external customer- no synergies but genearte new money , therefore, good for cash flow and create reputation
3)internal- since under one umberalla, have mutual understanding and techical know how, therefore, should have a smooth transaction. As a result, our attitude should like working with colleges
external-no understanding of your business, and no technical know how, therefore, can charge higher money. As a result, our attitude should be more like an insider treatment an outsider
