我成家人個個都好肥,,
我都算係全家算5肥既一個,
but,,我AR媽日日煮飯餐餐都係肉,有菜落油又多,,
搞到我愈來愈肥,同埋5知點解我自從有左m就冇高過,
我係中一生,高151cm....重52.5kg...........

有冇方法可以令我減都肥!!!

你首先要求o下你阿媽o吾好再o甘樣落去得o吾得,否則你日日都要食佢o的o野,減o左都補o吾返。重有係實在對健康o吾好呀!
其次係多o的做跳躍運動,可以增高,無錯,女仔來m之後係會長高長得慢o的o架,你要補救除o左運動就無第二o的方法。
