當我把瓶子放入盒子裏時,我發現入面6個瓶子的頂部都裂開了,可能係運送時給打破了.
我已經向郵局申請賠償了.真的很抱歉.
由於這白色瓶子只剩下最後6個,要2星期後才返到貨,我現在不能再寄給你..
如果藍色的你會喜歡嗎?是一樣款式的. 如果藍色你冇問題的話,你可以係5日內收到貨品了.
如果你不喜歡,我會將全部金額退回給你..
真的很抱歉..請你原諒我們這次的過失..

sorry, 我唔係好知你指瓶子係點既樣. 我只係翻譯做bottles, 可能唔係你所講既貨品.

When I tried to pack the bottles, I realized that all six of them were damaged. It could be broken during shipping. I’ve already filed a claim to the post office, but I’m really sorry that those are the last six I had in stock that’s in white color. The earliest shipment I can get will be in two weeks. Would you consider the blue color? It is the exact same style. If you like the blue ones, I can mail them to you immediately and you’ll receive them in five days. If you don’t like the blue ones, and can’t wait for the white ones to arrive, I’m glad to refund the money back to you. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience. This is our fault and please accepts our apologies.

I discovered that the neck of the six bottles were broken when I put them into the box. Maybe they were broken on the way.

I have already applied for brokage compensation at the post office. I'm so sorry.
Because these white bottles were the last 6 left, I can't send them to you now as new stock needs 2 weeks to arrive. How about the blue ones? They are of the same stle. If you like blue you can keep an eye out for them in the mail within 5 days.
If you don't like it then I can issue you with a full refund.
I'm so sorry about this. I hope you can forgive our fault this time.

I already told the post office that I wanted some money back, I am very sorry.
Because there are only six of this kind o fwhite bottles left, the products with arrive two weeks later, so I can't mail them to you mow.
Do you like the blue one? It's of the same style and design. If you have no problems about this, you can recieve the products five days later.
If you don't like it, I will give all of th emoney back to you.

When I put the bottle/ jar in the box, I realized that the top of six bottles were broken. This might be caused when the bottles were traveled.
I've already informed the Post Office and claim for compensation, we're very sorry.
At the moment, we've only got 6 white bottles install, we cannot supply you anther one untill next Tuesday.
However, we can offer you a blue colored bottle, it's the same style and design. If you would like that offer, we can deliver it in 5 days time.
If you're not intresded in any of the offers, we are more then happy to offer you a full refund.
We're deeply sorry for this accident, please forgive our indiscretion.

when i tried to pack up the bottles, i found out there were cracks on top of 6 of them, i thoguht it was caused during delivery.

i had already file a compensation to the post office, i m deeply sorry about what was happened and also, there were only 6 white bottles left behind, i could not send those bottles at this moment but there would be stocks around 2 weeks. i had thought of a alternative that there were enough blue bottles in stocks. i was wondering if u would like them or not since they were the same pattern as the white one. if u think the blue are comfortable to u, i will mail them to u and u will receive it after 5 days. However, if u dont feel comfortable to them, i will return all the payment u made asap. i deeply sorry to what was happened again and i tried my best to put your interest in front of us, i hope u will accept our aplogize. due to the shortage of goods which are in white and need take 2 weeks after order from the supplier. Do you like the blue in colour with same shape? If yes, I can delivery within 5 working days.

otherwise I can refund all of the charges if u don't like. Sorry for any convenience caused and please accept our apology.

When I put the bottle into the box, I discovered that the six bottles already inside had cracks near the bottle necks. They were probably damaged during transit.
I feel really bad about this and I had file an insurance claim with the Post Office.
Since those were the only six white bottles we have in stock, we can't send you any more at this time. It'll take us about two weeks to get some new white bottles.
Would you like blue color instead? We have blue color with the same style just like the white ones. If you're OK with blue color, we can send them to you and you should receive them within 5 days.
If you don't like blue color, I will refund your entire payment.
Once again I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused and please accept our apology.

When I put jars to the box, I discovered into the surface 6 jars the crown all split, possibly is ships time for broke.
i already compensated to the post office application. im so sorry about that.
Because this white jar is only left over finally 6, After takes 2 weeks only then to return the arrival of shipment, i can not send you now.
If blue color you are sure to like? its a same style. if you have no problem to take those bule colors, you can receive those products within 5 days.
i will return all money you gave if you dont like it.
