I think your question want you understand the different between nominal income and real income.
In fact, 之前的人兄所答的definition is correct. But there is a relationship between them. The different between nominal income and real income is the price index. (You can check my answers that I have answered a same question before). The increase in real income is not reflected in the price because there is an existence of inflation. When calculation the real income, you should use the nominal income divides the price index and then the real income will be.
The real income may increase or decrease when there is an increase in nominal income, and vice versa. Therefore, the price index is very important to us for comparing the living standard of a economy.

They're 2 totally different concept!

National Income (NI) = 國民收入
Real Income = 以購買力計算的個人收入
