Any AV surround system which can support 6.1 or 7.1 will be fine. There are some quite models from Denon, Yamaha, Onkyo and Pioneer. For speakers, depending on your taste and budget. For a reasonable price and quality, KEF, JBL and Mission speakers can be a choice. Even their low end models are not bad. For 37 inches LCD TV, you can consider BenQ, Teac for full HD panel and cheap price. For high end models, Sony Bravia, Sharp Aqua and Samsung are quite good.

The budget you need will be from around $25,000 to $50,000.
