英文文法正確嗎?

我看這句第一個感覺，和上面位相同， 感覺上是用禮物去買愛情。

你那句 I show my love to her by sending presents.是說：

我用送禮去表達我對她的愛。

但如果你的意思是用禮物表達愛意，可寫成：

I express my love to her with little presents/gifts.

I show(ed) her my love with little presents/gifts.

我用小禮物去表達我對她的愛。

show my love to her 錯應是 show her my love另一個錯是用 by sending presents， 這個不是文法錯，是寫法，意思錯。

I show my love towards her by sending her presents.
