你應該係IE TOOLS BAR見到多左個黃色既警告字句者係係打網址下面少少個位置見到
咁你按允許就會可以

go to " tools "
then click "turn off pop blocker"
p.s.: i usually will turn it on again once the msn window has been shown
i advise you to do so as well, it is because if you keep on turning the pop blocker off, thousands of useless stuff will come up!!!!
the way to turn the pop blocker on again is exactly the same as how you turn it off...
then click "turn off pop blocker"
