呢排同屋企人爭論緊，樓契應放在家或是放在銀行保險箱！
老爸說：
放在家中不見了或不幸屋企大火燒了，會很煩！
我說：
銀行保險箱五百幾蚊一年好貴，放在家有何不可？
我想問：
1) 其實我都唔知老爸話唔知左有幾煩，大家知否即係「有幾煩」？
2) 如果唔見左，應該點做？
(當然係去律師樓啦… 我想知大概要攪咩手續，同埋要幾多錢、要幾耐？)
3) 大家建議我放在家還是在保險箱？

唔見左，會好煩。因為就算你補返，都不是正本。日後你賣樓，對方有權話check你的樓契，再乘機收多D錢！建議買一個保險箱放在家中，順便放埋其他重要文件。
(幼稚園、小學畢業證書，有錢都補唔返！)

1) suggested - store at safe box.
2) complex depending on yr apt changed how many hands...the more the complex...you have to affividant all the proceeding legal title...as most were mortgaged, you can track down via banks...but it will involve a lot of legal works=$...once you missed out any links...yr ownership may be unclean which may cause yr future problem when sell....
