想問下DIY個牆有咩程序?

本身有牆紙, 括走, 然後用咩(敏)上<<< 批灰 ( mixed with few kind of different materials) , or u can try 批牆寶,906 , the easy one ~round $80 for 15Kgs .

1. take away the wall-paper
2. put the water-sealer(水司拿) on
3. put the new pudding(灰) on evenly and sand it after dried
4. put the water-sealer or varnish(凡立水) for the base coat
5 . put the base paint on, just 1~2 layers ( usually use the white color 乳膠漆water based or 膠玉磁 oil based indoor-paint ) its very depends on the base coat !
6. put the surface paint on , from 2~ 5/6 layer , its depends on how much the water u mixed with the paint and using the brush or roll for paintwork ! every layer needed to wait for few hrs for repaint.

the market price round $1000 for 100sq.ft including the paint , if u need to paint the ceiling ~ need to add $200~300 for 100sq.ft. ( usually is add 1/4 of the basic price )

remember the painter may charge the min. ~ most the painter start with 4~5K min. !

1.用化白水加入淸水塗上牆上就容易括走牆紙

2.用光油油墙身一次

3.批灰2次

4.用180號沙紙打磨平滑及淸理乾淨

5.油面油2-3次便可

漆油方面可有以下選擇如利登-----價錢平,質素好,但少顏色選擇.多樂士 -----價錢中,質素好,顏色多選擇.護牆漆-----價錢中上,質素好,顏色多選擇,施工較繁,合理做價應該高些.麗明珠 -----價錢高,質素好,顏色多選擇,施工極繁,冇人鍾意做.巴馬士的-----價錢高,質素好,顏色多選擇及色彩較鮮艷,最大缺點是貴.日本漆 -----價錢高,質素好,防水較好,但太結會髹時掃痕粗. 菊花牌-----價錢中下,質素好,顏色多選擇,施工容易,是平價漆油中最好.以上資料希望可以幫到你.

250呎左右你完全可以嘗試DIY,刮走牆紙後可視乎舊牆底損壞程度,不一定要整幅牆重新再批灰,你可將凹處或夾口批平即可,福粉和菜膠有散買的.然後隔夜就可省灰,DIY可不必按高標準,有些小孔也算了,開始髹乳膠漆了,不懂用排筆可買把有柄的6吋白毛掃,最好是天花和牆壁一隻色,不用分色弄到手忙腳亂.
材料費有$500差不多,屋企多傢俱要用布遮妥,地面要舖報紙,乳膠不要太多水,要適中,由上而下,每一掃不要掃至無油為止.其實最辛苦係搬來搬去D傢俱.
若搵師傅做,公道價我估都要$2500.呀！可能我誤會了,250呎是單位面積?不是牆壁面積?那麼公道價就要$7000了.一於DIY啦.
