肝酵素是甚麼

肝酵素通常是指 :
ALT(或稱SGPT～谷-丙轉氨酶)及
AST(或稱SGOT～谷-草轉氨酶)兩種.
兩種酵素(酶)在血液中的數值升高, 通常是因為身體內有一些器官因細胞缺損而釋放出來, ALT常見於肝細胞, AST則常見於心臟細胞, 但於其他器官亦會含有, 就如AST亦會有可能由肝臟細胞釋出一樣.
1)長期下去當然對肝有影響.
2)要再去抽血, 檢視情況.
3)如果是因藥物引起, 應該停藥或減藥量.
4)視藥物種類及個人體質而定, 如抗結核藥就有可能引起這類情況, 故醫生處方此類藥物時會監察病人的肝酵素值有否異常.

中 藥 在 保 肝 護 肝 方 面 也 有 極 佳 的 療 效

杞 子
杞 子 含 甜 菜 鹼 ， 可 起 護 肝 作 用 。 它 又 能 促 進 肝 細 胞 新 生 作 用 、 去 除 肝 的 脂 肪 沉 積 ， 減 低 脂 肪 肝 出 現 。 杞 子 還 能 抗 癌 ， 因 而 有 助 於 由 慢 性 肝 炎 引 起 的 肝 癌 病 。
　
丹 參
丹 參 是 一 味 活 血 化 瘀 藥 ， 對 由 肝 硬 化 轉 成 的 肝 癌 有 醫 療 作 用 。 此 外 ， 它 還 有 防 治 肝 硬 化 、 抑 制 乙 型 肝 炎 病 毒 、 清 除 血 脂 ， 治 療 脂 肪 肝 病 的 效 用 。
　
五 味 子
五 味 子 有 兩 種 ， 常 用 的 是 北 五 味 子 。 它 有 顯 注 降 低 肝 酵 素 和 保 護 肝 臟 的 作 用 ， 並 能 促 進 肝 細 胞 修 復 、 抑 制 病 變 ， 對 治 療 肝 炎 有 明 顯 的 功 效 。
　
黃 氏
黃 氏 有 增 強 人 體 免 疫 能 力 、 直 接 抑 制 病 毒 的 功 效 ， 故 在 治 療 肝 炎 和 抗 癌 方 面 有 所 效 益 。 它 還 有 直 接 的 護 肝 作 用 ， 能 防 止 肝 糖 元 減 少 。
　
柴 胡
柴 胡 實 為 治 肝 主 藥 ， 因 為 它 能 有 效 降 低 肝 酵 素 ， 減 輕 肝 細 胞 壞 死 的 情 況 ， 還 能 恢 復 一 定 程 度 的 免 疫 抑 制 狀 態 ， 對 肝 臟 有 良 好 作 用 。

The common liver enzyme you can test in medical lab are AST, ALT, ALP.
The logic is, when the cell die, the cytoplasm and all the chemical inside the cell will release into the environment, i.e. circulation (blood). The liver cell is high in these enzymes, therefore, when it ruptured, these enzyme release into the blood. The level of these enzyme reflect the "health" or condition of the liver.
so, what make our liver cells die? liver is the factory in our body, it degrade large componds (include toxin) and make it into some smaller, less toxic or useful ones. So, if it need to do many detoxination, i.e. workload increase, and more liver cells will die. Also, when you have hepatitis, the virus destroy the liver cells and so, liver enzyme increase.
