英文 WinXp NoteBook 送的是手寫板，

可加中文輸入法? 我想用回倉頡及速成 / 簡易......

可以去 control panel -> regional setting 加中文輸入法

但你地漏左講要去番Regional and Language Options的Language選左Install files for East Asian Langauges先，按apply，先至會有中文輸入法

go control panel > regional and language
click language tab > details > setting >
choice china tw > then add lor

is can't add the 中文輸入法 because i try to add but is can't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
