RAM: 128MB(I suggest you using 256MB or faster)

First of all you have to look at the system requirement for windows xp. I assume if you are still using windows me, your computer is kind of old and slow. So please go check your computer spec is meeting the windows XP requirement (note: not the minimum requirement) because the minimum requirement usually bullshit. Hope you find this helpful.
