This equation show us that energy can becom mass. From this equation, we also see that nothing can travel faster then light. This is because when an object move faster, it kinetic energy would increase. From the equation above, the energy would turn into mass. This mass would make it harder to accelerate as F=ma. Therefore it is not possible to reach speed of light.
