(2) If you want to be specific on which day she will be back, you can say:
She is not in Hong Kong right now and she will be back next (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday...)

She is not in Hong Kong now, she will come back next week.

She is not in Hong Kong, she come back next week.

She is not in Hong Kong now.she will come back to Hong Konh next week.
