請問怎樣寫 business report? 我剛去日本出trip,公司要求我寫對今次trip的觀感

我都係BUYER, 我都去過日本出TRIP, 你可以試下下面的FORMAT
(其實唔係BUYER先用呢個FORMAT, 任何行業, 性質都可以用呢個FORMAT)

Date: 20 November 2006
Time: 3pm - 5pm
Company: ABC Company (你係buyer, 你去trip, 應該有見一些供應商或有生意合作的公司吧)
Contact Person: Mr. XXX (同你見過面的人的名字及title)

下面內容就寫你見過d乜, 同邊d人有傾過計, 學到d乜, 有資料的話, 就提供資料, 如果你係買料, 咁咪寫買左d乜野material, 你覺得d material好唔好, 價錢如何, 如果你係去同人negotiate價錢, 咁咪寫negotiate既經過, 對方接唔接受, 對方開乜野價, 如果你有睇廠, 咁咪寫對方廠房的資料, 廠房環境及你的感想囉

總之你就將你既所見所聞, 資料, 及感想寫下
有d似以前讀書時既日記或週記

in simple format, u can write all what u met and learnt day by day. From the 1st day u arrived Japan until you leave, dun forget to put the date. This is much easier for your boss to understand what u did, u met, u learnt in this trip.
