先在牙齒上放置牙齒矯正器 (牙箍)，當牙齒矯正金屬弓絲和這些牙齒矯正器連繫時，牙齒便會按金屬弓絲的回彈途徑移動。

裝上牙齒矯正器後，必須加倍注意口腔衛生，否則容易患上蛀牙和牙周病

如果配戴活動牙齒矯正器，每天早上、睡前必須清洗牙齒矯正器及徹底清潔牙齒，然後再戴上。如果不配戴時，必須將牙齒矯正器放在清水中

配戴牙齒矯正器後有嚴重不適，應立即往見牙齒矯正科醫生檢查

take off teeth of coz is pain la, but 有打麻醉針ga ma...so pain for only one or 2 days per time... In worst case is to remove four teeth (I am the worst case), they will separate into 2 times or more to remove it, so do not need to afraid remove too much teeth one time will affect the appearance too much...but of coz after cool teeth, i have smiled less than before...

After have cool teeth, the things we ate is restricted...can't eat sticky things (香口膠), hard things, to prevent the cool displace...

And just after cool teeth, you may feel pain and the cool will 刮傷d 牙肉, but it can be adapted...pain will make u eat slower and less things...and most of the food you ate is actually remind in the cool!!!! so you have to brush teeth 3 times a day, use 牙線and 牙縫刷to clean the teeth...

And you have to frequently visit the dentist...it will affect ppl especially those are working (me) and studying since usually the dentist only available in the working time and school time...

i did before. But i did not feel very pain. Of course, every adjustment made a little uncomfortable for few days.

Take off teeth not very pain because you will be injected in advance. Feel nothing!

You have to brush teeth after every meal. Hard food should be avoid.

Time goes very fast. I have taken 1 and half year for the whole period. But it seems very fast....then become beauty.
