Definitely love pickled pig's feet, pig ears, pig tales, hog jaw, chitterlings too, from the rooter to the tooter its all good if it's cooked right.

Only the homemade ones, nice and crunchy with a little chili.

they don't make my top 10 although the small bits of lean meat you can find on them aren't bad at all.
