1/3 = 0.3333333333333333333333333333

1/3 * 3 = 0.333333333333333333333333333333 * 3

so 1 = 0.999999999999999999999999999

because 0.99999999999999999 is similar to 1 and

1/3 is not only 0.33333333333333333333333333333333 but lots of

3 so it will cause this.

like 1/9 = 0.1111111111111111111111111111

1/9 * 9 = 0.1111111111111111111111111111 * 9

so again 1 = 0.999999999999999999999999999

they are special no.s

1/3 = 0.3333......
1/3x3 =1(3同3約左)

9 = 9 which is trivial
