我想問的when,while分別和用途?

We use the connectives when and while to show that something happend at the same time as something else. We use when to talk about something that happend at a point in time. We use while to talk about something that happend over a period of time.

when 與 while 的主要分別為前者所描述的時間較後者短.

for example : 1. I am eating WHEN the bell rings.
2. The bell rings WHILE i am doing my homework.
