麥皮蟲
蟻
因為牠們含豐富蛋白質, 味道也很好.
蛋白質這nutrient對不太富庶的地方的人很重要, 自然便成了他們的食物.
對一些60歲以上的香港人來說, 以上的insects也多半吃過. 因為小時/年輕時吃慣了, 現在找不到, 便更想吃, 使牠們成為珍品.
