Cell use oxygen for respiration useso more oxygen can make more energy
water provide a good environment for reaction
carbon dioxide has little use, but cell still use them for their carbon

people use oxygen to release energy through respiration..
in most of the biochemical reactions occurred in cell, water is the essential medium for the reaction to occur..
carbon dioxide is the waste product of the cell...it doesn't benefit cells
