大家好.... 我之前從未用過防曬架, 但好多朋友都叫我要開始用喇, 唔係皮膚就好差....
但我又唔知邊隻牌子好用喎~ 各位可唔可以幫下我呢?

事實上皮膚科醫生說係要真正防曬一定搽好多先有效果，就咁搽兩野係冇用的
因此我自己喜歡揀用後感覺較清爽的品牌，搽多ｄ都唔怕Lup，推薦sofina UV cut or DHC有美白功效那隻防曬
其實shiseido都好用，但藍色包裝那隻較Lup，可選其他line
至於曼秀倫敦，搽完等於冇搽，我自己曾經用過，極後悔

I have used " Shiseido" SPF30 before, quite good.
now using "Kose" mild SPF30, i think better than " Shiseido" that one.
my fds say " Fancl" is good, but i used before, just ok la!
In fact i think which brand is ok, just need to use more each time ( amount of five dollar coins), if not, it will be useless even u have use it ar!! and remember to put on every three to four hours, then ur skin will be better ga la~
