田徑1500m幾時發力最好???

First 200 m, run regular speed as 50 percent

Later during 200 to 800, low median. Do not waste to many energy.

During 800m to 1100 m, getting running faster to beat the other runners

During 1200m to 1500m, run as fast as you can run
I believe you are gonna beat many runners because most of them spend most energy when the race starting. Do not worry if you saw someone ahead at you first. Because when they getting near 600m, they are gonna feel so tired. Now, you save your energy and beat them very easily.

Remember you CAN PUT A water bottle in your oackets, and drink secretly, that everyone wold not notice.

Have a good breakfast or lunch for running.

頭100米快d,100米至1400米減少體力消失,後100米爆!(丙組)

跑時一定不能停,如果停了,再跑會壯態會大減!

我係跑任何的中長跑都唔主將留前鬥後
1500m:
係起跑之後頭20-30米都可以跑快小小係cut定在線之後,
手大約擺到去口邊 ,可以用兩吸一呼的呼吸方法( 用口呼吸)
到左最後的400m可以先略為加速....盡量唔好再比人過你頭( 唔係你會後悔)
去到last 200m 就要開始爆la....

1500m這可話中長可話短長....要練好佢都唔係真係咁易
練跑時可做下變速跑 和 衝跑

比賽之前要做夠熱身ar!!!!
